Major
- Expense Inconsistency Report Updates:
- Watch a quick overview of the latest here.
- You can now filter the report to only check inconsistencies against transactions in the current year (useful if you've closed the books for 2020).
- You can now exclude transactions by Vendor x Type. For example, instead of excluding all Amazon transactions, you can exclude only the Amazon transactions that are coded to Office Supplies, so all other Amazon transactions would still appear.
- Account Reconciliation Task Updates:
- Style updated to align all Last Reconciled Transaction dates.
- Added the ability to see the account's month-end balance.
- If you click into the Account Reconciliation Report, you can now see all transactions in that account (instead of only the uncleared / unreconciled transactions).
Minor
- Added the ability to attach images and documents for your clients to see in Transaction Questions.
- Cleaned up a bunch of info buttons → consolidated them into links in the Section Headers to Keeper Docs.
- Added the ability to Collapse the Profit and Loss in the Management Report to show only Parent Accounts. See: How can I collapse the accounts in the Management Report?
- Updated the Final Review reports: vendor breakouts will now show up in barred rows for readability, and transactions in those vendors will show up in Keeper's standard table format.
- Added notifications to In-App Commenting: if you are @-tagged in a comment in Keeper but you are not logged in to see it, you will now be notified by email. You can control these emails in your User Settings.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where re-applying a template caused Key Metrics to be overwritten.
- Fixed a bug causing crashing when password protected PDFs were opened in Keeper.
- Fixed a bug causing the wrong title to show up on the Executive Summary in 2020.
