How SDRs are promoted at Keeper:

If an SDR hits 110% of their fully ramped quota over a 3-month rolling period, they will be automatically promoted to the next tier. If they hit 130%, they will skip a tier with their promotion. Once promoted, the prior month's successes will not count toward their next promotion, so the rolling 3-month period resets with each promotion.
You won't be demoted to a lower level once you achieve a promotion to a higher level.
We have uncapped commission.

How quota works:

All SDRs have the same quota of producing 100 SQO points per month, despite their title.
SDRs get credit for a SQO when a prospect in our ICP (Accountants, Bookkeepers, or Leaders of an Accounting or Bookkeeping Firm) shows up for a demo.
The SQO points are based on the number of clients the Accounting or Bookkeeping firm has (see table below)
While it’s possible to hit quota with just 4 SQOs per month, the average number of SQOs required to hit quota is usually around 12-15 per month.
