• Why? “Delivering on features, requests, and bug fixes are what creates a viral loop and make your customers your best advertisers.”

This was a huge part of our success when starting Keeper and continues to be huge for us today.

Parker Conrad (Founder of Rippling) had a conversation with a room full of YC Founders and asked the CTOs how many great engineering organizations that they had been in that moved slow. No one raised their hand. This was his point. Great engineering organizations move fast.

Why is moving fast important?

• This is how we stay alive. Moving fast is critical for a startup to differentiate itself and gain feedback from users to attain product market fit and trust that we are the right fit for them. We have less resources and less trust in the market than the existing big players (specialized tools for management reports, specialized tools for workflow, etc.). We differentiate by listening to our customers, ideating on them with our own thoughts/expertise and then implementing features we believe that can make Keeper the best tool for our users. This is our advantage.
